Conveniently located near the VIP Entrance, Ground Level, and the end of the Link Bridge, First Level, the Concierge Desks provide helpful information and assistance to all guests visiting Festival Centre.

List of Services:

• Festival Centre Gift Vouchers are sold in AED 25, 50, 100 and 500 denominations and can be used in all Festival Centre shops and in InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City Hotels, excluding Banks and Exchange Offices.



• Emirates Postal Service is available for stamping according to government rates.



• Business Facilities: fax, photocopying, scanning and printing.



• Wheelchairs (electrical & manual) are available for use at nocost.



• Royal Taxi Service is located by the North Entrance, beside Marks & Spencer. Guests may book the service from the Concierge Desks. The service is priced with an addition of 10% to the local taxi service fee; however the starting rate is AED 3.



• Limousine Service is also accessible through the Concierge Desks. The automobiles available are Range Rover 2007/2008 and also Jaguar XJ Sovereign 2008 models. The rate card is available at the Concierge Desks.



• Festival Centre Travel Service - Concierge Officers are available to research and provide the guests with the most favourable rates of the moment for their travel. Guests can purchase the travel ticket, book the hotel and hire transportation for their trip assisted by the Concierge team at Festival Centre.



• Helicopter Service is provided by Alpha Tours and it is located in the Festival Marina. Bookings can be made from the Concierge Desks.



• Jet Service is provided by Seawings. Bookings can be made from the Concierge Desks.



• Renting a car was never so easy while shopping, with the three Dubai’s best rent-a-car companies available in the Centre (Discount, Hertz and Thrifty). Guests can book or enquire about their rates through the Concierge Desks.



• Yacht Service available from Silver Line Yacht. Guests can book or enquire about the rates through the Concierge Desks.



• General Services include a lost children holding area, shopping assistance, car jumper leads and many more.

• Trolley Valet is available at Mezzanine Level, near Aftron shop. Guests can leave their shopping bags and trolleys at the trolley valet desk free of charge. The service is available during the Centre’s operating hours.



• Luggage Room is available for tourists; they may leave their luggage while shopping and collect it when they are ready to leave.



• Bellboy Assistant can be provided by simply calling 04 4254970 or any of the Concierge Desks. This service is available free of cost.



• Valet Parking is available at the VIP Entrance and the North Entrance beside Marks & Spencer shop for AED 12 and respectively AED 35.



• Abra Rides along the Canal are complementary for all guests.



• Car Wash is provided by Valtrans inside Festival Centre parking. The rates start from AED 12 for the small cars and AED 25 for the big vehicles.



• Greeters assist the guests upon arrival and departure from the VIP Entrance of Festival Centre.



• Information Desks, located at the Mezzanine Level and Ground Level near the taxi collection area are providing general assistance to guests.



• Directory Brochures listing all shops and services in Festival Centre are available for guests. Printed directories are available at the Concierge Desks and the Information Desks. Static directories are located in each major entrance of Festival Centre.



• Courtesy Phones are located in the South and North Oval on both Levels near the restrooms. Guests can make free local calls from these phones.



• The Big Bus provides city tours from an open-top, doubledecker bus. Bookings can be made from the Concierge Desks or the Big Bus counter, located next to Marks & Spencer shop.



• Etisalat Payment Machines are located on the Mezzanine Level, next to the Customer Service Centre and the Second Level, next to the Etisalat outlet.



• DHL provides postal services for letters, parcels plus express delivery to worldwide destinations.
